The doctor was great and very kind, he explained everything clearly and made me feel well taken care of. The only issue I had was with the front desk. I came with both of my daughters and was told only the child with the appointment could go in. They said this was in their policy and that it was explained in the message they sent me, but that was not true. It was never clear in the communication, not even when they called to confirm the appointment. I almost lost my appointment (which I had been waiting over a month for) and they wanted to reschedule me. My husband had to leave work to stay with my other daughter so I wouldn’t miss it. Dr. Polley takes extra time to explain what is going on and the plan of action . He actually remembers you when you come in for the follow up appointment. His nurse is very polite and respectful. I highly recommend recommend Polley Clinic.

It’s always a great experience here. Very short wait times great staff and Dr. Polley is a great doctor. Answers questions provides understandable explanations of what’s going on. This practice is highly recommended.

Dr Polley and his staff are awesome. It was easy to make an appointment. After arrival, the wait time is very minimal. Dr Polley listened to my concerns and after examining me, he explained the details of my condition and immediately started treatment. I'm scheduled for a recheck and look forward to my next visit.
