Horrible! My appointment was at 10:30 and arrived on time. I have it written down on three different calendars, locations. They claimed they cancelled it because I was late and said they tried to call me. I do not have a single missed call, which I showed them. She claimed again that she called me and also left a message, no message either. Asked if my number was correct. Yep, sure is! If it is written in the notes, it happened, apparently. Or someone is not taking accurate notes, which is a major liability. What a joke!

Had been seen 1 time, ended up with a head cold on a Friday, rescheduled for Monday ok and get a call today from them saying they had me down for 1 hr Fri and 1 hr mon and also my boys are out of school this week and my wife has to work so I'm watching them as well. Well to shorten this up I got told after I asked if I needed to find another rehab place due to life happening was told "yep, I'd do that" and hung up on me! Unprofessional as can be

Horrible experience, no Covid 19 precautions. Rude and very unprofessional, Just saw the dollar signs.
