Delta Memorial Hospital

I had the most amazing hospital experience. I went in ER with my blood glucose at 800. My husband and I were spoiled rotten. My nurses were there within seconds of me calling the nurses' desk. I had an extremely horrible hospital stay at a large hospital in Little Rock and wouldn't send an enemy there. I was in the ER waiting room for less than 5 minutes. The food was delicious and plentiful, and my husband's plate was non-diabetic and delicious. Anytime I was hungry I was brought fresh snacks. The LR hospital wanted him to pay for his meal upfront, $15, and when they remembered to feed me, it was disgusting and barely any food. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT DELTA MEMORIALL. We are extremely blessed to have such a wonderful hospital and staff right here in our community!

My sister called the ER, following instructions, trying to get information and the receptionist attitude was not appreciated. We are here for service of the people. I understand days get frustrating; however at that time you never know what anyone is going through. And no, I don't think anyone should sit by and take rudeness from others. In some lines of work deep breathing goes far. The people come first. Rough day, stay at home or go on break. I wonder if yall get classes on the importance of communication, and how to communicate or handling stress.

Well I had my first experience with this hospital and let me tell you that it was way above any expectations that I have ever encountered at a hospital. The admissions professional and I mean very professional Allyson is her name is such a delight to work with and talk to she does her job wonderfully. The nurse in the ER I believe her name is Carson is by far one of the best ER Nurses and her professionalism is hands down some of the best in the country. We also had a very helpful and caring doctor and I believe his name is Dr. White. If I could give this place a million stars I would and if I ever need a hospital I hope I am in this area and have the excellent care that they give. Great job to all and thank you from the bottom of my heart. Tommy Trabbic
