Dr. Arellano is the best! I'm out of town for couple of months out of the year "work related." Still I was able to get consulted through TeleHealth and I can still get my medications on a pharmacy closes to me! Truly Dr's and staff like His are one of a kind. Thank You!

I had called at 12:19 to ask if i could be seen as a new patient any time today and they said YES so i called my insurance and switched primary care providers and when i went in at 2:09pm to be seen they told me i couldn’t be seen today because it was past 1:30pm even though i had called ahead to make sure i could be seen and got confirmation on the phone that i could go in ANY TIME before they closed. They wouldn’t see me at all today. I switched my insurances for nothing and the whole time they kept making faces at each other unsure of what to do. They asked someone else and he said that there was no way i could be seen. They need to work on their communication with each other because it was wrong for them to tell me yes i could go in on the phone and i drive all the way over there just

I decided to give this location a try. I was recommended by a friend. No doctor just a PA. I had 10:30 appointment. I waited 30 minutes and then asked how much longer. I was told 45 more minutes.

Amazing doctor and staff hands down.
