Delta Drugs

They have been late several times and have repeatedly said a delivery would arrive on a specific day, only to not show up. This is especially inconvenient since someone must be home to sign. Just this week, my medication was supposed to be delivered on Monday. By Wednesday it still hadn’t arrived, so I called and was told it wasn’t in stock. I asked why no one had contacted me to let me know, and the response was simply “I don’t know.” Due to the lack of communication and unreliable service, I would not recommend them.

Unprofessional, refused to answer the phone, calls will bounce around for an easy hour before being hung up. When unable to fill prescriptions they will hold onto them, no communication. No assist with finding a pharmacy that CAN actually assist. This whole company is the sad punch line to a joke. No assistance is ever provided for a peaceful resolution , instead every call is met with “ well that’s not my fault”

This place sucks please runnnnnnn fast. Do not let them fill your medications they will make it sound like Disneyland and then drop the ball somewhere along the line. The phones are backed up they never pick up. I’m afraid to even show my real name because I’m scared they might tamper with my meds until I can get them transferred. They bill your insurance whether you pick up or not there’s no protocol in place like they “claim” all just a money scheme what a scam of a place this is!!!

I changed my opinion about them because they fixed my problem. I do recommend this company because they solve their customers' problems. We all make mistakes, but they fixed it in an efficient and appropriate manner. Thank you very much for the help.i did receive my cans today

This pharmacy is great, specially Ricardo he is so easy to talk too!! He always helps me with my sons orders.
