I had a concerning experience during my visit. An employee returned from break smelling strongly of marijuana and then resumed working. It raised safety and professionalism concerns for me. I hope management addresses this to maintain a safe environment.The employee appeared to be a woman with black hair and green eyes in her early 40s. I believe her name was Nadia, based on what I heard others called her .

My experience was very good . Iwas very sick,my Dr. Could not see me. Staff at urgent care was caring,helpful, and professional. DR. Singh was thoughtful, but thorough. Took time to cover my health history. Treated me well. Prescription was at my pharmacy within minutes. Defiantly a good visit. Recommend this Dr.

As far as the DR visit, It was great. Trying to call and get ahold of someone is impossible! When you call a Doctors office you should be able to speak to someone! So frustrating and ridiculous. The phone rings, and then disconnects you. It also states to text the number for faster service. Ha ha That's a joke! How does a medical provider allow this?

I went in here to pick up my grandmas paperwork for Sedgwick and the big Samoan receptionist made me wait and was super rude about it. I called at 9am to make sure the paperwork was ready and in return I get an attitude and my grandmother is still waiting on paperwork.

Yes, I would have to agree with Faye Ro’s review of this new Drs. and system at what they call delta cmt, it is all just a money grab. I guess my PPO insurance was not good enough for them after 30 plus years they dropped me. Prices are through the roof for the same thing Dr Birlew did. I am thinking many feel the same cause that parking lot looks pretty sad when I drive by. Dr Birlew my Respect to you, you were never under appreciated. I wish you well & all the best.
