Do not come here- they lie about their costs and are trying to rip people off!! Brought my two sons here for a routine checkup for their college sports physical. I called ahead of time to make sure they would take our insurance and explained what was needed. We came in for the appointment with the paper for them to sign- which basically just says they are in good health. 15 mins after being called to the back, the nurse comes out and says insurance WILL cover the physical, but because the doctor has to sign a form, it’s now going to cost me $95 each!!! I asked why I’m being charged and she says it’s considered a “sports physical”. So I point to the sign on their wall that says a sports physical is $25. I came in at 9:30am for a 9:45am appointment. Out of all the doctor offices I have ever been to, this one has been by far the worst. The wait was extremely long considering there were only about 4 patients before me. I left at 11:15, which is almost two hours of waiting, to get nothing. I wasn’t seen by the doctor nor did I receive the referral I initially came there for. Either there’s a lack of time management or poor scheduling decisions. Additionally, floors and surfaces were not clean. When an individual comes into a doctor’s office, it is expected that the environment is clean, especially working with tools that are vital to keep sanitized.

Absolutely horrible, unprofessional, they just want your copays and to get as much out of you as they can. No intention of helping you. Avoid.

I have been a long time patient here and can honestly say that every visit has been outstanding. The staff is extremely kind and take the necessary time to provide the best care possible. Dr. Zemlin as well as Dr. Kelso are both excellent Physicians who truly care. I would highly recommend this practice to family and friends.

Sometimes there is a wait, but Love the care I receive from Dr. Lisa Kelso! She takes her time and talks to you and explains everything very well. Love her staff too! Christie and Mark. So helpful. You are not rushed! Have been going there for yrs!
