Fantastic! From the moment I came in to the moment I left. Registration with Jennifer coppock was efficient and quick and personable. My nurse Carlos Bencomo was kind, diligent,informative and efficient. And nurse practitioner Kim Harris was wonderful. She explained as she attended my wound. And I felt completely at ease knowing I was in competent hands. All in all this was a fabulous experience!!!!

Dr. Klapper and his staff are astonishing! All nurses are very professional, pleasant and caring. Dr. Klapper is an excellent doctor, very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Many thanks Dr. Klapper!!!

Simply awful communication. The man behind the desk is so jaded, like we all owe him a favor for answering basic questions. And by the way, followed the voicemail directions and left one message yesterday at 2:30, still hadn’t heard back appx. 24 hours later so I went in to be met by this man who could even be bothered to look up when I was speaking with him. Awful!!

This center was a wonderful experience for me in the treatment of my foot wound. Not only was the treatment effective and excellent, but every member of the staff from intake to the doctor were so friendly and professional. I highly recommend this center for your wound care.

Professional, pleasant, caring staff. Each time I went for care, I was treated like a VIP. There was never a wait to see your nurse. The nursing care from Kim, Andrea and Carlos was positive, encouraging and supportive. Ultra clean environment made me feel really safe in this center’s care.
