I was referred here by my pediatrician for an initial consultation only to assess whether my daughter needed physical therapy for a mild flat head. Before booking, I explicitly asked about insurance coverage and charges and was very clearly told the initial consultation was FREE, and that only if we decided to proceed with PT would insurance and billing come into play. We attended the consult, decided not to pursue PT, and had no further services. Four months later, I received a bill for $375 for “PT services.” When I called billing, I was told this charge was for the initial consult.
