Poor quality denture material, Ive done three with this lab and non of them fit. I had to redo them. Most labs stand behind their work, but Delicate refused to redo them and offer 50% refund. So I paid another lab to make a denture that actually fits. And all three patients are now fully satisfied. Also, I tried a few zirconia crowns. The first time in my career that a zirconia crown has fractured upon seating it. Not jus one but three different patients had the same issue. RESPONSE TO Delicate Dental laboratory reply on 10/31/19: Thank you for your reply. It has become clear that you primary objective here is to shame you customers, instead of an attempt to fix an issue. You have plainly called your customer a liar, a delinquent and again a liar.
