The doctor I saw did not care about the things I told him. I went for him to look at my eye because I thought I had pink eye, he did not even look at my eye after he said it looked bad. Said it was all sinuses and prescribed me ear drops. I would not recommend going to this bad establishment. On all other notes the front lady was super friendly and helpful so shoutout to her.

I was just there and have been there several times in the past for various reasons. They have always been professional and genuine in what they do. Highly recommended.

So this place is the worst for customer service! I went in and was super sick to the point where i needed to see a doctor and explained in detail to the nurses that reviewed me before hand and was truthful about everything and then had 2 nurses enter after the first one left to have them yelling and screaming at me for 5 mins about my home care treatments because i am poor and cannot afford the good doctor visits and thought this walk in clinic may be cheaper than a regular doctors. After the event with the nurses as i am super sick and just bombarded the doctor came in and total brushed me off and didnt even examine me or look in my direction gave me a prescription i guess for antibiotics which was the real reason i go to doctors cause if Tylenol or ibuprofen doesn't work i gotta pay for

I love this place… they are always quick, and helpful. They listen to what my needs are and genuinely care. I’ve been coming here for years. I don’t know why people give them bad reviews. They must be getting them mixed up with the place across the street. *side note…. I have fluid in my ear and a sinus infection. The doctor did not let me know he changed his mind about giving me an antibiotic because I had been on some for pneumonia the week before. No call or anything so I called them and was finally told. That’s very unprofessional to not say anything. Now I’m miserable with a sinus infection and ear infection.

I went to this walk in on 4/19/2021 for a hand injury. I did not have a long wait time at all! Every single staff member, that I came in contact with, was very friendly!! Everyone seemed genuinely concerned about my injury, and took great care of me!! The x-ray technician was amazing!!! He made me feel so welcome and made sure everything ran smoothly. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars, I would!!!!!
