Delaware Oaks Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing

I hate this place, they are horrible every time I went in to go see my dad he was soiled in shit. They did not take care of him at all I called the Ombudsman multiple times and still nothing done mind you the ombudsman most likely sets up appointments so of course they won’t see anything unless they plan on popping up . This place is horrible only one nurse when I go by and mind you I went by multiple times of the day on different days still barely any stuff. Residents are on the floors in basically every room? It’s sad and it’s crazy I worked with nurse who told me this place used to be called something else and they changed their name because it was so bad . Just please do your research and also keep a good eye on your loved ones in this facility especially.

I was greeted at the front office with a wonderful staff. Gave me directions to my dad's room. I was very satisfied with the greetings I received. Everyone that works was very pleasant and helpful. Thanks for the great experience.

The place is difficult to find. It's old but they appear to be making an old rundown facility a key contributor to an element of our society in need. The staff is excellent and the site security is very good.

Went to visit a friend. He is in good spirits and doing well. His stay at Delaware Oaks is doing him well. We are glad he is in good hands. Keep up the good work 👍

Like a number of facilities, Needs updates. Not The CNA's and nurses have provided quality care to my brother since he's been there. The front desk staff are very friendly and polite. Had an issue with the social worker not filing paperwork properly and causing delay with a surgery though. Overall, his experience at Delaware is satisfactory. Compared to other rehabilitation centers...Delaware Oaks is stars above!! I've requested my brother return after his next surgery.
