Kathleen at the desk was a blessing. She was wonderful. The girls in the back were great. I actually feel asleep during my MRI. VERY GREAT EXPERIENCE. Thank you very much. If I could give more stars I would.
First off, this is a brand new and beautiful facility which is nice. When I showed up the lady at the front desk was very pleasant and had all the paperwork ready to go. Check in was a breeze. I was taken back for the procedure almost immediately. No wait and right on time.. The MRI techs were very cordial and got right down to business. Overall the experience was outstanding. I highly recommend this location.
From the moment I entered I was impressed. It’s a nice and clean facility. Staff are professional, knowledgable, and organized. It’s a well run imaging center and I would recommend them.
I had been trying to schedule my appointments with Christiana Care(no affiliation )Faulk Rd. Location and oh gosh they were so rude and inconsiderate. My appointment today started out great with the receptionist. She was very polite and professional. I got to the back in less than 6 minutes. The ladies in the back were just as awesome! They made this a comfortable experience!
There was a problem with logging in my arrival, took 3 staff members to facilitate, they had to call some other location to assist. No complaints about the staff no, just had to wait for a bit. No complaints about the procedure, either. The biggest complaint is I had questions prior to the procedure and it took five attempts to get through to a live person on the 877 line. Also, the location I went to recently moved and I couldn’t reach anyone at the facility to get directions since my GPS guided me to the old location. The woman at 877 number was no help. I had to drive around until I ran into the place by chance. I’m trying to figure out why there’s no number for the locations for just such an occasion??
