Delaware Imaging Network | Limestone

Well I had an appointment at 12:20 yesterday. I received a ton of texts to confirm that I would be there. I get there at noon. Door says lunch between 12 and 12:30. So I waiting to find that the office was closed because of the snow. No one contacted me. Nothing on the website. Very frustrating.

Good morning 🙏 again. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointed today. The receptionist, and ultrasound staff were very courteous and respectful. In no time I had my procedure done, and all went very well with the procedure, and I was on my way home. Thanks again to Delaware Imaging Network for all the good things you usually do to keep, keeping us healthy and strong. Charles Collins with my response, after today's visit.

I am extremely pleased and grateful for the care I received during my procedure. The nurse (Kelly) and the physician overseeing the procedure were very supportive and attentive to my concerns. They explained in detail the sequence of the procedure and inquired about my welfare after the procedure. Yes in our current “hurry up “ world, it is nice to know that there medical professionals who do actually care about their patients. Thanks.

The staff is professional and courteous. Always attentive and supportive in any way you require. They put you at ease, explaining every step of the process to allay any concerns. They ensure your overall experience is the very best! I continue to utilize their services for all facets of my health!

Although I was running late the person I spoke to was very understandable this also included the staff when I arrived. They were professional, curious friendly and super nice. I would highly recommend this facility with high regard My over all experience with everyone was fantastic they deserve 10 ⭐ s.
