Delaware Eye Surgeons

I scheduled my appointment through Zockdoc.I have a confirmation text for the appointment 0n 2/ 10 at 11:05 with Dr. Abraham. Magallanez DO. The office had me scheduled for 2/9 not 2/10. They had the appointment marked as a no show. I did not receive any phone calls or any contact concerning a no show appointment. They couldn't take me on 2/10 as scheduled by Zocdoc. They require me to make an appointment for another day. No apologies, no acknowledgement of an error. The staff and office manager unhelpful.

This Dr. Office is above and beyond. The patience, kindness, and outstanding care given out daily by the Drs and staff is the best I’ve encountered. Dr Smith is very patient and took a lot of time to explain the surgery I needed. The types of lenses and their pros and cons were well described. They set you up for ultimate success. I don’t have a single negative to expound. Thank you so much to all of you for the excellent care.

I love the way staff is so professional and the facility is so clean. My experience has been AWESOME!

Dr. Smith is the worst Eye doctor in the state.. He makes all this money What doesn't wanna spend the time with the patients he Just wants to write scripts for Eye drops and get the patient out so he can make more money... my mom called his office for 3 weeks trying to get in touch with him to tell him the drops he gave her weren't working and when She finally got him on the phone. After 3 weeks, he talked to her disrespectfully and made her cry. He use to be a good doctor idk what happened. I felt Other patients needed to read this review Show on posting, however, even after all. That my mom's still thinks he is a good doctor for some reason.

LAL light adjustable lens was the worst decision I’ve ever made, seven months wearing UV glasses and after locking in my vision I’m now having to wear glasses, never needed them before the surgery. So I’m stuck with crappy vision for the rest of my life ! And then said vitamins would help my poor vision see the text messages that I received
