I have had a great experience with everyone at Delaware advanced vein center. So far I have had three procedures done on my legs and they look and feel better already. I know I still have the potential of a few more procedures, so far so good. Getting these legs ready for summer...lol. The staff has been nothing short of AH-MAZING!! Cheryl, Julie, Quetzy, Virginia, Dr. Anthony and many more staff have been beyond kind, helpful, reassuring and professional. If your legs feel heavy, itchy, you don't like their appearance make the appointment and allow them to work their magic. Thank you AGAIN!! See you soon!!

Dr. Anthony Alfieri is one of the kindess and professional doctors I have ever visited. He explained my proceedure and walked me through it step-by-step. I instantly felt comfortable and relaxed when he entered the exam room. It was my first session of schlerotherapy and it won’t be my last. Im so excited to see my results. I can’t wait to see my summertime ready “Alfieri Legs”!!

He is kind, charismatic, and immediately puts you at ease. He took the time to thoroughly explain every part of the procedure and the healing process, making sure I understood what to expect. I was very nervous coming to a new practice. I had a lot of issues with my legs that were not handled properly by another physician so I was very skeptical. When I met Dr. Alfieri he made me feel very comfortable immediately! He's very knowledgeable and has a great personality! He made me feel so comfortable and confident in him. Dr. Alfieri's staff is amazing! I need to shout out Julie and Cheryl for being so supportive to me. They both went above and beyond caring for me during my procedures and I am very thankful to them! I cannot recommend this Dr. Alfieri and his staff enough!

I wish I had before/after pictures to show you how much better my legs and ankles look after having multiple veins treated for venous insufficiency. I have lived with swollen legs that feel so heavy by the end of the day that I would have to just go home and put my legs up. Little did I know there was an easy way to fix this. Dr. Alfieri was great and explained the procedures well. Kelsey and Cheryl were great and helped with my successful results.
