Bhavna and Usha Patel are exceptional physicians and have been practicing together in this location for (at least) 35+ years. They call it like they see it and don't tiptoe around the fragile egos of today's parents. Doctors come in a variety of different personalities and it's inevitable they won't groove with some. But at the end of the day, they undoubtedly care about their patients and are among the most experienced pediatric docs around. If that isn't enough for you, maybe you are in the wrong place.

I have been bringing my 4 children to deland pediatrics since my first child was born. We met at the hospital when she was born. Dr. Usha has always been there for all my children, taking great care of them. She always makes sure my kids are healthy and goes above and beyond to ensure they feel better when they are sick. They will always see us right away whenever my children are sick. Since I have 4 children, we were there a lot !! Whenever we are in the exam rooms, she always diligently answers all my questions concerning my children’s health. When my twins were born she was right there in the delivery room to make sure they were alright ! All my children feel comfortable with her and love her. She has always made us feel like family. We feel like she is part of our family . Whenever

I love taking my kids here I’ve been with them since my kids were babies now they are adults every good doctor makes your appointment super quick if you need a good doctor I highly recommend makes sure my kids are well and always makes accurate diagnosis.❤️♥️

This has become the most awful doctors office, rude and almost incompetent office staff. My daughters 5 years old looking to attend kindergarten, (thank gosh we got a new peds doc)deland pediatrics associates never, not one shot was uploaded into volusia county shot record data base. Not one shot. So now the new docs have to go back and do their job. On top of 3 unanswered fax to get my "shot" records transfered and 3 fax ignored. Completely unprofessional, I had to drive 30 mins for 1 paper which cost me $1 to retrieve. Lol. The office staff can sit and be considesnding and rude on the phone, can't send a fax to save their life. Shamefully as this was my pediatrician, now it's all about the insurance money!! They don't help or care unless they benefit from you. Let the doctoring go ca

I have been going here for the past 16yrs with my oldest son, I now go with my newest child. I've never had any issues with staff or doctor, yes we have sometimes waited a little longer then normal but I feel as tho it's cuz they take time with each patient and the issues that has going on. I see both Patel's and love them both, office staff is friendly and gets my referrals, shot records, copies of lab work all done in a proper time frame!! I've called them at home on more then 1 occasion and they have stopped whatever they were doing to help me so I didn't have to go to the hospital. With my newest child I have never waited more then 20 minutes in the lobby and no more then 45 minutes in the room to see the doctor.. This office is great STAFF and DOCTORS included.... we absolutely LOVE t
