Dr s is amazing! He fixed all my tmj problems with a new retainer. He is so professional. So personal. So good with adults and kids. The office staff is amazing as well very helpful knowledgeable and very understanding when you don’t feel good. They have amazing hours and location. The office is so clean and so welcoming. I will never go anywhere else.

Dr. Shih and his team are all personable, welcoming and show great customer service during every visit. My insurance switched mid way through plan but they still honored my payment plan. My teenage daughter’s teeth are perfect thanks to this team. My daughter loves hers visits and switching out her rubber band colors to go with the season, holiday or celebration for that month. Everyone in the office is great! My daughter is there every 6 weeks and enjoys going! She loves the 3d fidgets the dr makes and how friendly everyone is! Convenient appointments for my middle schooler which I love! I def recommend!

Dr. Shih is incredibly friendly and kind, and truly great with kids and teens. The staff is phenomenal— from the moment you walk in, you feel genuinely welcomed. DeLand Orthodontics did an excellent job with my daughter’s procedure, and we were very satisfied and happy with the results. The staff was great, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made the entire experience comfortable. The office is very family-friendly and welcoming.
