Despite the not-so-good reviews, I decided to take a leap of faith and visit this place. To my pleasant surprise, I had a good experience. Booking an appointment was effortless, and the staff proved to be kind and friendly. The dentist attentively listened to my concerns and performed a great job during my dental cleaning session. the only drawback I I noticed was that they could improve the decoration and interior design.

When they filled my tooth, they injected a lot of anesthetic. I was almost unconscious and lethargic for four hours. They didn't even have a blood pressure monitor. After five hours, my friend picked me up because I couldn't drive. And this time, I went to the laboratory to set my dental crown, it was very dirty, there was no one there, when I protested, they canceled my appointment, my dental crown was temporary after six weeks. Please be very careful.

I arrived on time to my appointment, but they kept me waiting for about a good 30 minutes. /: Even after I was called, I wasn't asked to rinse like the usual protocol in dentists. There really wasn't a greeting from the (hygenist? What she's called or dental assistant?) And she just shoved the xray vest on me without a word. They also kept me waiting further even after I was seated at the dentist chair. I also wasn't given glasses to protect my eyes from the bright light. So they weren't the best with customer service. But the 2 dentists that assisted were very professional and helpful accounting for the one more star I added. One advocated for my wisdom tooth surgery to be free and the other one one pointed out necessary fillings. So overall very professional service from the dentists,

Staff talk to each other in the back You can hear them laughing and talking before even coming to check if somebody walked in. They take forever to assist you. This dental schedule appointments for the next business day without even confirming or calling you days before your appointment. They just call you A-day before you're appointment letting you know your schedule for appointment.

Gave me an appointment at 5:00 pm and dr didn’t visit me until 5:45. Filled my tooth and after a week it fell off. Not recommended.
