i really do love this place and have had great results here in the past, which is why this review feels important. i recently developed a latex allergy and called ahead to confirm whether the products used in their lash lift service were latex-free. unfortunately, the staff couldn’t give a clear or accurate answer, which is concerning for a service done so close to the eyes. allergies are common, and basic product knowledge really matters for client safety. i ended up booking elsewhere where they were able to confirm ingredients immediately. i hope the training improves, because the quality of work here truly is great — it just needs to be matched with clearer information around allergens.
