Defined Massage Therapy

I visited Defined Massage Therapy recently and was given an AMAZING massage by Deshawn— truly incredible! He is so kind and welcoming! This was my first massage, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Deshawn was very professional and answered my silly questions with the patience of a saint. I really appreciated that he took the time to explain what certain areas had likely been triggered by (desk job vs gym), that was very informative and will shape how I approach these tasks, so that I move more mindfully and take stretch breaks when needed. If you have the chance to treat yourself to a massage, I highly recommend Deshawn! I will definitely be returning in the future

While visiting from out of town, I had an issue with a repetitive injury. Deshawn listened and went to work. I asked for deep tissue and his pressure was great-he really got in there-even to a few spots I didn’t realize were knotted up. I got great relief and I highly recommend his work!

DeShawn is a fantastic and professional Massage Therapist. I felt very comfortable and it was clear he is very knowledgeable. I went in for a knee injury and learned a lot about how to prevent the injury as well as the muscles involved (because I asked). I'd definitely recommend and return myself.

I had a fantastic experience with DeShawn Lawrence! He was incredibly professional and made me feel completely at ease throughout the session. The room was cozy and relaxing, with great music that added to the calming atmosphere. DeShawn was excellent with both stretching and pressure points — I left feeling refreshed and revitalized. I’ll definitely be returning!

Amazing massage! Deshawn has just the right touch, as I have Piriformis issues, he was able to release tight muscles and even after a few days I still feel great! Can’t wait to go back!
