Define Brows

I have to give a HUGE shout out to Nicole at Define Brows for my gorgeous powder brows. I always loved my crazy Brooke Sheilds 1980s brows, but with age and especially after chemo they had just gone away. Then... Nicole to the rescue! I am beyond thrilled!

Nicole did an amazing job on my brows. As someone who has been considering permanent brows for quite awhile, I am very happy that I picked Nicole to do my brows. She’s a perfectionist and truly cares about each and every person she sees. Recommend 10/10.

Nicole is the BEST! I initially chose Nicole because of the positive reviews and I liked that she has a nurse practitioner background. I wanted someone who took the work seriously and wouldn't cut corners when it came to care and cleanliness. I initially went to see Nicole for a brow shaping and tinting appointment. I immediately felt comfortable and safe with her, which is what led me to schedule the more permanent powder brow appointment a few weeks later. Nicole is extremely detailed and kept me informed and involved every step of the way. I love her dedication to making things look natural. You'll feel like yourself when you leave Define Brows, just a more confident version!

Nicole is wonderful! Absolutely amazing, but whoever the receptionist is that answers their phone should be fired. She says hello, but as soon as she hears a man's voice she hangs up in my face and refuses to answer any more calls. Then one time I got through and asked for Nicole to kinda hint at being a returning customer but she simply said "No" and hang up in my face before I could say anything. As much as I like Nicole I won't be attempting to have any more service done for me or my sisters here. Not at the cost of my dignity and respect. Shameful, unprofessional, and pretty ignorant to be so presumptuous.
