Don't try to reach your doctor by phone; the receptionist will spend all of the phone time telling you what she CAN'T do for you, or why you can't talk to your doctor. After requesting to speak with my doctor, this "receptionist" continued to talk to me why I couldn't talk to him, then after insisting, she told me that he doesn't come in on Fridays. I could not leave a message for my doctor to call me, but had to talk to his nurse first. I finally gave up and told her I'd call back on Monday. Good thing I had no emergency or it wasn't an urgently needed conversation for my doctor and me. When I do talk to my doctor he's great, and does what he can for me... but this is only in the office; I can't get him on the phone for questions concerning medications or any thing else.

I love and trust DL Medical. God bless them. From Radiology to proceedors Nurses and doctors. Excellent care, excellent communication, my mamo is so easy. I wish I knew all the names but I can tell you, you will love them all. PS the resirant is yummy too.

I can’t thank Sally for keeping me calm when we were 14 hours from home and I was unsure on what to do. She helped me every step of the way from letting me know my husband needed to be evaluated to letting me know that I needed to call 911 for a ride to hospital for my husband and myself considering we were in a semi and couldn’t get there from Fic’s. Also can’t thank the ambulance crew for the amazing work they did.. also to Sally and the other nurses for the amazing care my husband received…. To Dr. Johnson for making light or a stressful situation for us! You guys are truly amazing people!! And we also thank the cops for the courtesy ride back to the semi after we were finished! You guys truly have a wonderful care facility!! Thank you again!!

Never, ever, ever get blood work done here. I have been getting the same test done monthly for a decade. Everywhere else I've gone the bill is about 40$, which my insurance is happy to cover. Here I received a bill for almost 600$, of which my insurance paid 50$. I spoke with my insurance, and they said they pay that because that is what the test should cost. This is a blood draw and a very simple, routine, test. I'll drive to Butte from now on, rather than pay more than 10x the cost. I assume this is done to take advantage of retirees who find travel difficult.
