Deep River Animal Hospital

We called at 12:15 on Christmas Eve because our dog cracked her nail and it was in a spot we were concerned wouldn't stop bleeding. They were finishing up a patient and closing soon because of thr holiday but they still let us come in. They were able to sedate our dog, remove the nail and get us medication and out the door in less than an hour. We are so thankful they stayed a little late to help us as upon driving by the emergency vet in Middletown on the way to a family gathering a few hours later we saw a packed parking lot and I know we would have been there literally all day and night if we had to go there. I know the bill would have been at least double there as well. Thank you for the amazing care!

So thankful for them in helping our last minute breeding! They went out of their way to accommodate us not to mention she knows her breeding practices very well. We have two VERY large Great Danes and they got the job done. Thanks for all your help and guidance.

I did a google search and happened to call this animal hospital first and I can only say it turned out to be the best decision. DRAH is such a wonderful place and has been so good to me and my Chelsea. They are nice, courteous, respectful, professional, understanding, and prompt. Every encounter, whether on the phone or in person has been a very pleasant one. And most of all they are very caring and gentle towards my dogs. I'm very grateful to have found them.

Dr. Chris and all members of her team are , helpful, and wonderfully considerate of taking great care for Chloe my dog . The facility is clean, cheerful and comfortable - the professional and compassionate care they offer is incredible. I'm glad I found them ! Highly recommended..

My Salem kitty was my heart. Things went wrong very fast and out of the blue. Having to take him anywhere to let him go seemed impossible. Dr. Chris and her staff were incredible. They saw my broken heart and treated my Salem and I with such tenderness and kindness. Salem mattered to them, too. I had Salem cremated and had a pawprint put in clay. Bonnie did Salem's print and did such a beautiful and lovely job. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for treating Salem with such a gentle hand and heart from the beginning to the very end when I came back to get his ashes. It all means more to this broken heart than you could ever know.
