You don't have to wait half a day to get service, they still have sanitizer, (wow).we trust their judgement and their experienced staff, from the front to the back! Highly recommend! Meagan Yeates, PA and the staff of Dedicated Urgent Care in Woodville were amazing! My husband has been suffering from bouts of dizziness for YEARS. We've been to the ENTs and ER multiple times, but no one has ever really found the cause. Ms. Yeates was very thorough--blood tests, chest x-rays, etc. All came by good, but then she took his blood pressure lying down, sitting up, and standing up. It dropped significantly at each change. No one else had ever done this. Now at least we have something specific to check out. In addition, they didn't take my husband's insurance so we had to pay out of pocket. Everything was just under $200. It would have cost us thousands at the ER. I've used this facility before, and I have always been pleased.

I hate having blood drawn… I don’t why but I hate it. Well, Nurse Jackie at Dedicated Medical did my blood draw today and she was so freaking amazing! Easiest one I’ve ever experienced! Thank you so much Jackie!

Front desk was polite. Not busy. Took about 35 minutes to get back. N.P C. EVETT came in made an uneducated statement and asked 9 questions then gave medication that is not advisable to take for my cheif complaint. No special testing was done. To be so brief without full evaluation shows little to no true medical confidence or empathy to patients value of life .I tried speaking to administrator, but that was not accomplished. This is a serious matter that should be addressed with TMB. I would advise not to go to his facility for more than a scrape or rssh.

Meghan and staff were awesome. Exam was careful and thorough. Diagnosis was on point. Prescription was exactly what I needed. Everyone there showed great professionality and teamwork. They were a present help in my time need.
