Deckerville Community Hospital

Wonderful, caring staff. If seeing a Dr. Or emergency you don’t wait long. I have been here many times. It is clean. You can’t have major surgery here. But you can see good Dr.’s /nurses who care.

My husband & I have both needed to go to the emergency room at Deckerville Hospital, a couple of times each. We were taken in immediately, set up & evaluated right away. They've had really good visiting Dr's that have been there. Luckily we didn't have life threatening issues, it is a smaller hospital & they can only do so much, then you'd have to be transferred to another hospital. I would recommend this hospital it's come a long way from in the past from what I've heard.

We have never had a good experience going to an ER until we came to Deckerville Community Hospital. We were taken from the lobby to a room in 5 minutes. My husband was evaluated by Dr. West (WONDERFUL DR. With empathetic bedside manner). He ordered blood work, an IV for hydration, medication for nausea, and pain relief. After all of this we were in and out within a hour. Everyone from check in to checking out was extremely kind and understanding. Tim did a great job drawing blood and Dan for getting it to the lab so quickly. Bonnie, you are an amazing nurse, so very kind and considerate! We just wanted to thank all of you for doing your jobs so professionally, yet with deep compassion. We will never go to any other ER but Deckerville. Keep up the great work!

Every time I have been at the Deckerville Hospital I have had wonderful experiences! From first Time with scheduling Awesome, Helpful Nurse! To check-in, my Nurses and everyone and everything Great! Dr. G. Schell is the BEST!! I prefer going to Deckerville Hospital!! They will take Great care of you and your family! Like their own!

We've always gone to Deckerville Hospital first. Love the farm women who always go above and beyond. The doctors are always great. Probably also due to the excellent nursing staff. Derrick was great last Saturday. My regular doctors had really dropped the ball with my wonky lung issues. Thank You DCH staff!!!💜
