I met with Deb for pregnancy-related pain and have been taking her pregnancy workout class. Working with her has helped me SO much. In just a couple weeks, I noticed a huge difference and have learned how to manage pain that was frankly pretty debilitating during my previous pregnancy. Can’t recommend her enough.
Debra Goodman, PT offers all types of PT and specializes in therapy for women, pre & post birth. She also offers Pelvic Floor PT. She has a few therapy rooms to accommodate classes as well as 1:1 sessions. Deb is professional, extremely knowledgable, and compassionate. I highly recommend her practice.
Deb is phenomenal, highly highly recommend. PT before & especially after birth should be a part of essential women’s care.
