First impressions are key and DeWitt Dental Associates did a great job. From initial phone making appointment, greeting as I walked into the building, and friendly conversations in the procedure area - all associates that I interacted with were very pleasant. After Dr reviewed my case, I ended up not needing any immediate work done. I appreciated the honesty, as I am a cash customer and if work isn’t needed, then that saves me time and money. Now that I know what to watch for, I plan on a return visit once work is needed.

I am very happy with this office. They were able to see me, as a new patient, in a short amount of time. And when there was a problem with the insurance covering something that should have been covered, the amazing office staff managed to convince the insurance company to cover it after all. My last dentist office just told me it wasn't covered, even though it should have been, and I had to pay for everything myself. Then I saw the hygienist. She did a great job, and my gums are less sore than they usually are. I am very happy with the care I received, and I definitely recommend this office.

I've had a lot of work done on my teeth at different dental offices. This time I had to have 2 fillings and 1 tooth removed, and I have to say it was the fastest and easiest procedure I've ever had. Dr. Alec Matthews (DeWitt Dental Associates) and his staff are the best. Thank you all!

Brought my 10 year old daughter in for a cracked tooth. They were amazing here it was super affordable and quick to get in and seen and taken care of. I called and she was able to be seen the next morning and now she is feeling so much better.
