Book it. Visiting from out of state, had major lower back and shoulder problems. I’m not a runner but any type of running has been a challenge, painful in my lower back. Honestly, jogging sometimes hurt. And, I couldn’t lift my right arm straight above my head. Since my appointment, I’ve gone on light runs with my dog and can lift my arm straight with no stress. It’s been 4 years since I could run without pain. I wish I lived closer and every time I’m back I’m scheduling an appointment. If you live in the area, I’m way jealous. Book it.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! The massage was beyond amazing—professional, healing, and incredibly relaxing. Every detail was perfect, from the welcoming atmosphere to the therapist’s skill and care. I walked out feeling like a whole new person. Truly the best experience!
