Agency for my group home. Nurse assignment to our house (several in last 4 yr) unavailable during their working hours (8-4M-F) to not doing regular visits to home and audits of our med room. Does not answer or return calls regularly during their business hours. Severe lack of oversight of certified med staff and training in group home. Continually Get conflicting and confusing directives from nurses and or supervisors. Not completing state required yearly pass and pours for our med cert staff or taking weeks to complete new staff pass and pours. Overall extremely unsatisfied with DDN. All our med staff feel left out to dry with no direction from our nursing provider that my employer pays for their so called service.
