I have been with Rockport Dental for over a year. Two or three cleanings and a dental implant. Since then, things went South. During my last checkup and cleaning, I complained about a hot and cold sensitive tooth. They couldn’t seem to find it because they really didn’t try. A few months later, the crown fell off the offending tooth exposing the cavity and broken tooth! Went to this dentist. My dentist. Quoted me $2141 for the procedure to fix this tooth. I asked for them to preauthorize it and send my X-rays to another dentist for a second opinion. They did that. I decided to move forward with Rockport Dental. I called them three times and they never responded. I did nothing to deserve their non-response. I did notice when I spoke to the office and the doctor that they were cold to me. I

I am from out of state and see my dentist at home twice a year. I had a tooth break off and it needed to be pulled, so I called a local dentist. I was able to get in, but they only looked at it and took ex-rays, then I was given an appointment a month later. This cost $100. I went back and they pulled the tooth, $365. Now they want me to come back for a cleaning, which had been done last October and some other work for $2200. I feel that I was grossly over charged and they want to do unnecessary work. I won’t be back!! I gave them two stars because they did finally pull the tooth .

Rockport dental is WORLD CLASS! THESE GUYS KNOW THEIR STUFF. I had a ton of work done and it was money well spent! Thank you Dr Shultz and your great team for my amazing smile! It has changed my life!

I had my right molar filled in about a year ago, they had swore they done it correctly and that my teeth were just going to be sensitive while it was healing. Weeks go by and it had not gotten any better, I could not chew or have any fluids pass through the right side of my mouth. I went back to have them fixed because it was getting worse, and they swore it was fixed after that. Never fixed, only got worse. I didn’t bother to go back to have them ‘fix’ it a third time because at that point it was no use and would only hurt more each time. It’s been almost a year now, I still can’t chew or have any fluid pass through that side and using mouth wash is excruciating. Besides that, staff is very nice and my dentist was a very funny guy.
