I have been so happy with my experience in selecting and purchase of hearing aides with Dawn Bowerman and dB Hearing Center. Inc. Dawn was so helpful in explaining how hearing aids work as it was my first experience. And I was able to take home several brands to try which was wonderful. Thank Goodness for DB Hearing Center! Dawn and her team have been extremely helpful with several problems I had with my octicon hearing aids. Dawn is extremely knowledgable and professional! dB hearing center bought a HP M283 printer form my Amazon store. But they returned a old, broken, non repairable M281 printer. So disappointed with this company and I won't do any business with this dishonest company in the future. Beware!!!!!!

Dawn has been so helpful, both as I transitioned to using hearing aids 5+ years ago, to helping me replace my original pair of hearing aids when I needed new ones. She has the leading technology, and always allows me to try various ‘demo’ heating aids to find the right ones that work for me! I recently purchased a pair of hearing aids from Costco - to primarily use as an extra ‘backup’ set because of my extensive business travel.
