I called your office (which I’ve had my girls there before) but since it was a little after 4 you couldn’t help her. I told you I couldn’t afford an emergency vet but you didn’t care. Well my 13 year morkie named Abbie continued with her heavy and labored breathing until 9 when she died in my arms. All she needed was someone to help her. I feel horrible that I couldn’t.

Dr. Donna Hall and team including phone receptionist and front receptionist do a great job in assisting our doggies needs. Thank yall for your services.

Dr. Hall is an amazing and very caring Doctor but it only takes one bad apple to ruin it for everyone. Four years ago I had to bring my sweet 14 year old baby in to be euthanized. I asked JoLyn how much longer it would be because he was suffering and in a lot of pain. She proceeded to snap at me and rudely inform me that he would just have to wait because he didn’t have an appointment. I’m sorry but he didn’t plan on dying that day so there would be no way for him to have an appointment!!!! Thank you to the lady behind me who quickly put her in her place I was already in tears before even arriving. If I hadn’t loved my dog so much and absolutely needed their services JOLYN’S and MY conversation would have went a lot differently that day!!!
