Dayton Animal Clinic takes such great care of our Cat Sundae and our Dog Evie! They have helped us with vaccines, medications, prescription foods, regular check ups, and a few minor procedures as well! Their front staff, vet techs, assistants and Dr. Carter are all so warm and welcoming every time! They truly care for our pets like they are their own. Cannot recommend DAC enough!

The is hands down the best animal clinic I have ever used! Dr. Grove is the most calm, professional, knowledge and patience doctor. He treats my mini cows, sheep, goats and donkeys with the greatest of care and even drove one hour to take us on as a client. I could not recommend anyone else for my livestock.

We have several dogs in our household and all of them go to Dayton Animal Clinic. They have been absolutely fantastic to work with. From the simple check ups to surgeries for 3 of our dogs. I would recommend them to anyone.

I am very disappointed in this office. Brought my lovable Rottweiler to be seen in November and had to reschedule because he had rumbled a little. Vet insisted we muzzle Him however my dog wouldn’t let me as he is not muzzle trained. Now today December we have to reschedule again after giving our pup the “chill protocol” so we drugged up our baby for nothing. They said we already used up too much of the appt time. You are a vet you are supposed to handle these type of animals. He has never hurt a fly. When the veterinarian walked in the room in November, he put his hands up and clearly locked up his body like he is severely afraid of my dog. I am changing my opinion from 3 stars to 5 because of the new vet that is now at the clinic. I took my boy back to get the physical that I had paid for but he didn't receive. I opted to see the new vet as Dr Carter was already afraid of my pup and said I would have to muzzle him to be examined. I must say the new vet is wonderful! She was very patient with my boy who is nervous around new people. She gave him a thorough exam. She and her assistant were both so sweet and took the time to let my boy settle in and went above and beyond to help him feel safe and have a positive experience. I will definitely be continuing to take my fur babies here to see her. I am torn on how I feel about Dayton animal clinic as I had my very sick senior mastiff in last week, as a new client.
