My husband and I have been with this dental office for years. This place is modern, super clean and has top-notch dental technology. My visit is always greeted by friendly smiles from Shantyl, Ericka, Mercy and Dr. Pinero. Everyone exhibits optimal professionalism. The price quote is clearly shown upfront for procedures. Dr. Pinero only performs dental work that are absolutely necessary. Does't take my words for it. Do yourself a favor - make a first appointment and find out yourself !

I went to the clinic on January 7, 2026. The dental hygiene name is Javier and he is very knowledgeable; skillful and kind. Dr. Difillipo did some treatment for my left lower molar sensitivity. He is a very thoughtful and very nice doctor. Thank you both 👍

Amazing dentist 🦷. Dr Pinero, took her time, very attentive and gentle. I got a crown done and it looks perfect. Office staff is very helpful and friendly.

I’ve been going to this dentist with my family for years, but we’ve finally decided to stop. They constantly try to upsell unnecessary services and make you feel guilty or scared if you don’t go along with it. It’s honestly uncomfortable. Today, we were told that we needed a parent present for a cleaning, which was never mentioned when we booked over the phone. The receptionist was rude about it, and we ended up leaving without the service. It’s clear all they care about is making money, and the vibe is just wrong. Not a place I’d recommend.

Some intuition about letting customers know if their upcoming visit is covered or not prior to appointment would definitely be appreciated by your customers. Especially if you can see the number of visits in your system. The individual has a lot going on in their life and we make choices based on service quality and conveniency. So if I was notified before my appointment, I would have rescheduled to avoid paying for a cleaning. That’s why I pay for insurance. But I do understand that this responsibility is on the individual. Just a recommendation..
