Day Surgery

I had a laparoscopy here with Dr Heather Owens (Central Clinic) and Dr Brian Alexander. Everyone I encountered leading up to and leaving the operating room was great. I only had to wait 20 minutes upon arriving before they took me back for IV placement. I was extremely anxious and my first nurse did nothing to help ease that. She just kept commenting on how poorly I was handling everything. 🙃 My anesthesiologist Brian Wallace Alexander was phenomenal - very gentle, supportive and comforting. He helped me get onto the operating room table and even held my gown for me to protect my modesty while I was still awake :') He made sure that I was relaxed and comfortable before and after administering Valium and anesthesia. This service and care here was exceptional. From the initial contact with valet, to check in, to every nurse and surgeon I spoke to- they were nothing but kind, polite, patient, and helpful. They treated my guest and myself with care and kindness. I was very impressed and grateful.
