Very Good Careteam, Facility needs maintenance and cleaning

My mother goes to this location and this is the third time that a accident like this has happened, her hand was bleeding in the lobby after the dialysis and no one knew about it later on my dad found it out I mean how dumb does a person has to been that they cant bandage someone up in a good way that is suppose to happen If you dont know what you r doing than dont do it and ask for someone's help and this is the third time that has happen. This is just unacceptable, go study what to do and come back and do it or else just dont do it
