The office staff at the Roseville facility go above and beyond and out of their way to make sure they’re all patients receive great care
Seen several employees push out patients to wrong transportation drivers and not telling the drivers if they have been picked up or not. They are disgusting for doing this to their patients and can not be tolerated. They need to be careful and confirm the patients with the drivers. These patients might pay privately and not through insurance to pay for these rides.
We were traveling and it was a very pleasant treatment experience.
