For all the bad reviews they deserve some recognition. The staff to the nurses have been nothing but kind and patient. They take great care of my father in law. We have had no issues. Everything has always been on time.
Today while picking up a patient around 4;00pm I witnessed an amputee struggling to get out the door in his wheelchair. At the same time the Mgr. of the facility was going in the doors.I was shocked to witness this man just walk past the patient without assisting him.I walked faster so that I could help, and asked the patient who the man was that had walked past him. He answered it is the Mgr. They are mad at me because I (the patient) I signed off early. I was appalled to say the least.How does someone like him(Mgr) treat his patients with such disrespect...
Facility recently announced that no one is allowed to use electrical outlets for laptops or other devices. This place is behind the times.
They were very nice n treated you with respect. I would come back.
The staff is rude and the Manager lies on people. She is not truthful. Don't go here!
