We’ve had a fantastic experience with Davis Orthodontics and highly recommend them. The entire staff is warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. Dr. Davis’s expertise is clear from the start, and we’ve always felt our daughter was in excellent hands. The office is well run — they answer the phone quickly, keep appointments on time, and are always upfront and honest about pricing. My daughter is only 9 and sensitive to new situations, but they’ve treated her with such kindness and patience at every visit. Dr. Davis and his staff are wonderful. All 3 of my children got their braces on the same day. The plan was well laid out and they set up an easy payment plan for our family. 2 years later, as promised, all 3 children finished up their braces and have gorgeous smiles. They were given retainers which we have had to replace from time to time, but the office has made it easy. We are 1 year out and smile our still beautiful. I had braces here for two years and really appreciated the hygienists—they were always friendly and clearly did most of the hands-on work. Dr. Davis mainly checked in briefly, but the treatment itself got the job done. The problem started after treatment ended. My clear retainers keep cracking, and I already had to pay $150 for a replacement. They continue to break, and when I asked Miranda if there were any permanent retainer options, either here or elsewhere, and she completely shut me down. She was dismissive, rude, and made me feel like my concerns didn’t matter. It honestly feels like once your braces are off and you’ve finished paying, they stop caring. I expected long-term support after such a big investment, and I’m disappointed in how poorly the situation was handled.

This provider is the most honest and straightforward provider I have come across in 35 years in the insurance industry. I had a tooth that was shifting and I contacted Dr. Davis to see about realignment. Dr. Davis was straightforward and honest and told me the shifting was due to bone loss and no amount of treatment would correct this issue. He recommended options for me, from a general dentist and did not charge me for the consultation. He could have taken my money and provided care that would not have lasted. He did not. I'm disappointed that I couldn't correct it with orthodontic care, but truly grateful and impressed with the honesty and integrity Dr. Davis showed. He staff was kind, friendly and respectful!!
