Davis and Wine Dental Associates

I have been a patient of Dr Davis for almost eight years now and I absolutely recommend him to anyone, ESPECIALLY those who have anxiety about going to the dentist. He walks a perfect line between professionalism and friendliness, making for a truly comfortable experience when visiting his office. His staff is wonderful and the office always seems to have the newest technology available in terms of the tools and equipment used.

The Doctors and assistants here are great. But the office staff is atrocious!!!!! Amanda is very helpful and tries to go above and beyond to help anyone but the other 2 girls on the front are very unprofessional and RUDE!!!!! Monique was very short and frustrated with me when I had several questions concerning my treatment that she obviously did not know so im sure her frustration was being asked questions she had no knowledgeof at all. She had no dental knowledgewhat so ever! Not sure she really knows much about Dental at all and Melissa does not call anyone back or follow up with any type of treatment that she is supposed to!!!! I talked to her several times and each time she stated she would call me back with an estimate she never did as well as other things I needed done she acted like

Shocked! I do not typically write reviews, however, I feel this experience warrants a review. I called back today to ask for a price on the dental work needed from my visit the day before and was told I am not allowed to return back to the office. I asked why, and was told they cannot give me an answer. I went to this office as a new patient and have been polite and kind. While my crown was not successful to be recemented back to the abutment, I do not feel this is any reason for the rude dismissal of care. So this is a mystery and a very unprofessional way to perform business, especially in the medical industry. In my whole life, 67 years, I have never had this happen to me. UNBELIEVABLE!!! Dr. Erika Miller is the best. She listens to you and really eases my anxiety about dentists and needles. Calming 'chair side' manner.

Nice, friendly, & professional staff. The office is decorated well, small in size yet comforting, & very clean. Prompt appointment scheduling & time before seeing the doctor. The restroom has mouthwash & new toothbrushes available for each patient. Nice touch! Dr. Davis is very knowledgable. He answered all of my concerns, & was up front about the best course of treatment for me. I appreciate his honesty! I can tell that he is genuinely concerned about each patient & the best results for their individual care. I felt at ease with Dr. Davis & his staff, knowing that I would receive the best care, moving forward.
