I had a very disappointing experience with Davina Medical Care. The staff was consistently unhelpful, unreliable, and unprofessional throughout my visit. I came in for a legitimate medical concern and was refused service and care while being told I would need to pay hundreds of dollars, even though my insurance copay is only $5. Healthcare is already stressful enough, and dealing with a staff that shows no empathy or willingness to help makes it worse. Because of this experience, I’ve decided to change my primary care provider. I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for supportive or professional medical care. I would rate this facility zero stars if I could.

I came here for my annual physical expecting the usual — a chance to check in with my doctor, ask questions, and leave with peace of mind. Instead, I left disappointed and frustrated with how billing was handled. During my appointment, the doctor kindly asked if I had any concerns. I mentioned hemorrhoids that were bothering me, and we briefly discussed ways to manage the pain and whether I should see a specialist. The doctor is very sweet and very professional. But if you make an appointment and need to cancel, do so in advance because otherwise they will charge you $30; and not only that, when they are going to charge you the co-pay that they tell you the amount, they don't explain the reason for the amount. They do this when you complain by showing your insurance card. They tell you that it is a balance for the cancellation. They charged me the $5 co-pay that I had to pay plus the $30 for having canceled. They justified the charge because they called the day before to confirm and I was able to answer the call because I was working. I returned the call around 4:30 and they didn't answer. The next day I called them to reschedule the appointment. They very kindly rescheduled it but they didn't let me

Dr Lopez Luciano is the best. She truly cares for each one of her patients and makes you feel like family. I can not express how happy I am with her and her staff, they have always been here for me. I have referred countless patients to her who have all come back and told me how much they love the way the are treated in her facility.

Dr Luciano Lopez is the best. She loves to talk to me and always looks out for my well been and health. They are days that the office gets really busy but I have always find it to be worth the wait. Make sure you take your questions and she will try her best to answer them for you. She will offer you alternatives as well and to be honest, she is honest. Sometimes that might come across a little rough, but the truth is, everything Dr Lopez has been brutally honest about have been on the spot. She is very knowledgeable and her staff is great.
