I would just like to preface this by saying this is not a bad review because I am crazy, or a terrible patient to deal with. Im not anti-vaccine, I trust doctors and believe in what they do. I hate to leave this review, because Dr. Aliabadi was highly recommended to me from several people. And, the front desk ladies are always so kind and professional. So while I’m sure people love him, I was so disappointed with the way we were treated over my son’s eczema. We came in for his six month apt, and I cannot say enough GOOD things about the nurse that helped us that day. She was so sweet, she listened to my concerns, she was ready to make a game plan with me. When Dr. Aliabadi came in, we did not get greeted . No “Good morning, how are you guys? Nothing. We went to this practice in the past with our other children, but started going somewhere closer out of convenience. The other practice was just bought and they never answer the phones, so I decided to try Davidsonville again, event though it's farther away. When trying to make the appointment, I was told that I needed to have the other doctor send all her medical records before they will see her. I explained that I will happily get that request in, but really need her to be seen for her illness and want to avoid the ER. I also shared how they don't answer their phones which is why I called them. Our urgent care won't see infants under 2 years of age. She was very rude and not understanding. She told me to just try another urgent care, and said thanks and hung up. This practice is incredib

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this doctors office upstairs and down stairs the front desk is always so pleasant the nurses are always so sweet and great with my child and the doctors are outstanding i always feel like my daughter gets the best care when taking her to davidsonville pediatrics! And another bonus is i NEVER have to wait long and the walk in hours so very convenient

If I could give a zero, I would, but 1 star for those that are good workers there and the convenience from my house to the Davidsonville office. First impression of the place is cool with all the buffalos roaming around; however, the front staff and atmosphere of the office upstairs has the vibe of being snobby and better than one another. There's a receptionist with a foreign accent who is extremely rude. She will hang up on you if she feels like she doesn't need to deal with you anymore. The place is mainly full of nurse practitioner, which isn't an issue, but they need more of a Dr to oversee them. Only saying this because NP Erin Lytle misdiagnosed my child with an ear infection. So of course i trusted her, put my child on antibiotics (very strong ones too), for almost over a month. Ga

Davidson Pediatrics has been a part of my daughter’s life since birth, and I couldn't be more grateful. Cassie, who first saw my daughter at labor and delivery, has been a constant and incredible presence in her care—she's now 8 years old! As a new mom, I learned so much from Cassie, and her kindness, patience, and expertise made all the difference. The entire Davidson Pediatrics team has always treated my daughter as a top priority. Whenever she’s sick, they ensure she is seen right away, and every staff member we've encountered has been warm, kind, and genuinely caring. My daughter will continue to visit Davidson Pediatrics through her childhood and into young adulthood. Cassie and the entire team, thank you for everything you do.
