David Truong, MD - Eye Surgeon

PCP referred my dad to Dr. Truong and after the first visit, he asked my dad to revisit for a follow up without giving him any medication for his diagnosed severe glaucoma. My dad was questioning what was the reason for that follow up so we went to a different clinic for a 2nd opinion. They prescribed him with an eyedrop to help with his eye pressure after the first visit without requiring any follow up and asked us to find a glaucoma specialist. After some searches, we were redirected to Dr.Truong and came here again to see if we can get my dad’s eyes treated. He was being super passive agressive about my dad not following up with him and kept pressuring how serious my dad’s condition was. So i asked him “Can you refer him to a glaucoma specialist?” he said he was happy to do so then lat

Dr. Truong and Staff were a Godsend. My case was difficult to say the least. He knew it and I knew it. After being turned away by 4 previous Dr’s I was very happy to hear him say, with confidence, “ We can help you”, and help they did. From the fist visit to the last. I went in unable to see more than 15 ft in front of me clearly to 20/20, able to drive, read road signs , regaling my independence again. Dr. Truong, Staff, and faculty are top notch, caring, and professional. They covered every base, and precaution with my care. I am forever grateful for them.

Dr. Truong is one of my favorite doctors I've ever seen. He's a very intelligent and kind doctor who takes his time to make sure his patients understand their diagnosis. I felt very confident in the level of care I received in his practice.

Very thorough explaining options. Successful cataract surgery in both eyes. No problems after one year.
