This office is beyond incompetent! Six visits to the office in 90 days never resulting in an accurate eyeglass or contact prescription. Why make your patients a 12 o’clock appointment if you are out to lunch until after 1 PM? Resulting in no optical care? Why does your office manager refuse to take phone calls, meet in person, and or mail the prescriptions? Jackie Detwiler? Crystal M? Thanks for berating children and discouraging them! Update! 3/20/23 I have received a letter asking me to seek the services of another optometrist….apparently this office thought that my family would actually continue to use this failing practice for their eye care needs. Thank you Delaware Eye Surgeons for neglecting to resolve the issue. Still waiting on our prescriptions…

Do not use this Doctor David Learned. He has caused me years of suffering and many other treatments by a Doctor at Wills Eye in Philadelphia. She has worked on my eyes to make corrections for the shabby work Dr. David Learned performed. I believe he has committed a crime by telling me and the insurance company that I had droopy eyelids. I believe he was wrong and he had both eyes looking different I'm not asian and this is not a joke. I only wish I had been smart enough to sue him for what he did to destroy my eyes.

Love this place. Dr. Learned extremely professional and detail orientated. Great care. Did both cataracts, on issues. Office staff amazing. No issues here. Highly recommend!!!
