My grandfather was coming here to treat his COPD. I was taking him to his appts during Covid. I remember this office during Covid was doing Covid tests and treating patients with lung issues and keeping them in the same waiting room. My Grandfather ended up getting Covid and passing not long after his last appointment here. I kept him as safe as possible and he only left the house for Dr appts. I remember saying how could this Dr have possible Covid patients sitting next to Lung compromised patients

I have been the patient of Dr Kateb for the past 4-5 years. He was so fantastic that I switched him from my specialist to be my primary doctor. He is personal and kind and skilled and I have always got a peace of mind after his diagnosis. One time I had a hard time to get the appointment with him, and he told me if that happens again talk to Lisa in the front. Lisa is the sweetest and she’d always try to fit me in with Dr Kateb. Since Dr. Kateb spends enough time to take care of each patient, sometimes you have to wait for a while in the waiting room, however, I have always known that he would give me enough attention when it is my turn. I just recommended him to my partner’s parents who are looking for their primary. Even they are picky, I know they will be in good hands.

The office staff is very nice and the nurse practitioners are VeRY Good.. But I wish the place was cleaner. The floor and bathroom are always dirty.. I have gone multiple times, and it’s always the same.. . Also The waiting room chairs are all ripped up, which isn’t safe for elderly patients with thin skin. They can get their skin cut on there. They also have a garbage can in the waiting room it’s disgusting. Overall it’s a safety & health issue that I hope they can fix it soon.

I like dr. Kateb very much and would recommend him. His employee Esther has truly impressed me. The way she took care of everything in 5minutes , including Referal was great; and she’s very sweet.
