I went to see Doctor Coia after my PCP who I had been seeing for almost 40 years passed away unexpectedly. Doctor Coia was very thorough, patient, and kind. He listened to all my questions and concerns and did not rush me at all. When I had some questions concerning my medications and treatments later that day after the office closed I was able to send my concerns via ‘my chart’ app and he got back to me right away the following morning along with the secretary Carol. Carol is very kind and helpful. She explains everything and will answer any questions or concerns you have either in office or by phone. I started seeing Dr Coia after my pcp retired last year. It's one of the best things I've done in a long time. He is taking care of several issues that my former pcp had basically ignored for years. I have several complicated health issues and "ologists". At the start of every visit, he goes through who I've seen and what the outcome was. He coordinates and oversees the entire picture. He listens patiently and asks lots of questions. His office staff are both knowledgeable and friendly. If they say they are going to do something, it's done, unlike the staff at many other practices.
