I have call 6 times to have a prior authorization sent to my ins company. This place still has not done this. Ms Tessa had given me 1 Libre 3plus and I have tried her over a month to get another one and I have to gave prior authorization. Ever time I call I get told they are sending an emergency message to have tgat taken care of. Not so. My blood sugar goes way up sometimes and this is to monitor it to see if meds are working. Also I gave up on the needles I asked for 3 or 4 times and just bought a box that cost $25.00. If this problem is not fixed today. I’m call another endocrinologist and I will report these people to the board of Dr.

Long story short... Everything he did was above and beyond. From the moment he diagnosed me with cancer , I truly felt the compassion and care in his voice. Not only that but his actions proved that as well. He's very prompt with giving test results, explaining them thoroughly, & really listening out if I had any questions. He also referred me over to a great surgeon. I really can't imagine going through the process without him, he really made me feel at ease through all the uncertainty . Seriously worth the wait to get into and highly reccomend!

I have been under Dr. Lieb's care for about 2 years. I have found him to use patient-centered communication techniques, answer all of my questions, and give me the highest standard of care. He's always familiar with my chart before entering the room, he asks lots of questions to get a super clear picture of my health, and he maps out a thorough health care plan. I highly recommend him!

He came into the room with a thorough understanding of my extensive history, which made me feel comfortable and reassured me that what I came bringing to the table mattered.
