David B. Moats, DPM: Orlando Foot & Ankle Clinic

I have been going to Dr David Moates for many years and he is one of the best foot doctors in Orlando and his staff is the best staff I have ever dealt with in a doctor's office. I love how good and caring they all are. Thank you Dr Moates and Staff and may God bless you all..

Dr. Moats takes time to check patient history and review issues thoroughly. He has performed surgery in the past and provided routine foot care for many years. Good practice and convenient location for my needs.

Dr Mosts and staff excellent. The medical assistant cut my toe nails efficiently and no pain and Dr Moats great examine.

Five stars to the staff and doctor who were friendly and knowledgeable. (Minus one star for hot temperature.) The waiting area was hot and I don't know if that was temporary or not. It would have been helpful to have a button to push that automatically opens the door for those who are handicapped. It was difficult to push my friend (the patient) in the wheelchair and try to hold the door open. Fortunately, another patient helped get us inside. The first treatment room was too small to accommodate the wheelchair and we were moved to a larger room. We really liked Dr. Moats and definitely will return in a few months.

The staff was "very accommodating." I like the fact they showed " empathy!" Brianna, Samara. I am a "new patient." Dr. Moats was "factual." It saddens me when "Insurance" gets in the "way" of the dr being "concerned" about the patient. Maybe, it's me but the "concerns of a patient" should be "primary." I guess @ the "end of the day," shouldn't it matter?" " First impressions", means a lot. However, we are " all human." I get it." " I don't want to not have a "Great Rapport" with my dr. or feel a "distance." I like to have "great communication", with my Dr and not feel I'm being a "bother." We all have "challenging days." However, let us "understand " feelings of the patient. " Especially, " new ones." I will Never underestimate any " professionalism" of any dr. However, I'm "concerned
