Dr. Jones was compassionate in his approach. He took time to ask questions and address my concerns without a sense of urgency to move on to the next patient. He was there to ensure my needs were addressed and didn't leave me feeling that his time was more important than mine.
Dr. Jones is very attentive and takes time in talking through my hand and elbow issues. I’ve been seeing him for years and would highly recommend him! His staff is great as well!
Dr Jones, his nurses, and all the staff were very professional. In addition, each was friendly, willing to take the time to answer all questions, not rushed or hurried to get to the next patient. Dr Jones presented options with explanations and timelines for each option for my issue. Dr Jones stated that he would proceed according to my choice. This was very refreshing. Another clinic tried to schedule me for surgery without seeing a doctor and my first option was surgery. No thanks. If you are suffering, stop wasting time and schedule an appointment with Dr Jones.
